09A Hero Built From a Waving Glyph Banner
Each glyph row is shifted sideways by a sine whose phase is offset a little per row so the banner waves, and the banner text flows by one unit per loop so it repeats without a seam. The source is read with extra columns on both sides so shifted rows do not break at the edges.
Best forGlyph banners placed on intro screens and event headers
