01FLIP list — computing the before/after offset and releasing it into a transition

Remeasuring each row's getBoundingClientRect right after a drop and instantly reversing the delta with transform, then releasing it to zero via transition on the next frame, makes rows glide naturally into place. The dragged row itself is excluded from this pass so it never overlaps its own ghost.
