05A Sine Ripple With a Different Phase per Color
Each row gets a sideways push from a sine curve, but the red, green and blue channels are offset in phase by WAVE_PHASE (0.7) each. The three channels ride the same ripple a little later, so a split color like light through a lens spreads out.
