04A Loader That Splits the Logo Into Tiles and Flips Them in a Diagonal Wave

It divides the logo area into a TILE_SIZE_PX grid, gives each tile a start time on a timeline equal to its diagonal step from the top-left times SWEEP_DELAY_MS, lets progress sweep that timeline so only the tiles it has passed flip by folding their width with a cosine, and darkens the edge-on stretch by FLIP_SHADE.
