05An Iterative-Deepening Search That Raises Its Bound to Find a Shortest Solve

The search goes depth first guided by the Manhattan sum H, folds a branch when the moves so far plus H pass the bound, then raises the bound a step and goes again. If the node count reaches NODE_CAP (4000) it shows that it stopped, and when it finishes the found moves are replayed on screen one by one.
