03Setting the Walk Speed by the Stride Angle

With the fore-aft spread of the legs set by STRIDE_DEG, the distance one step pushes out is 2·L·sin(STRIDE_DEG), which is 84.5 px for a 90 px leg. Multiply by the step rate, the phase speed per unit time, and the travel speed follows, and unless the body passes at exactly that speed while the sole is planted, the foot looks like it slides on the floor. Speed, stride and step rate are tied into one equation.
