02A Readout Split Into Minutes, Seconds and Centiseconds

Integer division alone builds each digit: the centisecond count divided by 6000 gives minutes, the remainder divided by 100 gives seconds and what is left is centiseconds. The board on the right adds 0.01 as a decimal each step and the digits drift from accumulated error as the contrast. Adding 0.01 eleven times gives 0.10999999999999999, so the centiseconds read 10 instead of 11, and 1498 of 1700 centisecond cells come out off.
