06Partner logo bar — a scroll that reverse-computes its speed from the measured track width

Measuring the getBoundingClientRect width of a track with the logos duplicated once and dividing it by a target speed (px per second) yields the exact animation-duration that track needs, and feeding that into a CSS variable lets the keyframe stay untouched while only the duration is recomputed each time; the felt speed stays identical whether there are 3 logos or 12.
